Aspyr Customer Support Horrible for Civ Beyond Earth

I bought Civ: Beyond Earth and the Rising Tide expansion a few months ago. Worked fine with Yosemite OS X. But with upgrade to El Capitan Rising Tides became unplayable due to video issue (stretched mountain terrain). After several atempts to work this through with Aspyr support — they kept saying it would perhaps take three months — they started asking via email if I was satisfied with their resolution. Totally unacceptable. And what will Apple do about this lack of response for an app it sold?

PS: My Aspyr request was numbered 76290 and first raised with them on Nov 26. Aspire won’t even let me lok in to see status of request.
